Gizmodo broke the news recently about a new style of Tablet being released by Microsoft. While I’m sure the interface is likely to change going forward, this is where I see portable computers going. Work is still needed on the speed of touch interface with Microsoft software but it is progressing in leaps and bounds.
The days of tablets having a keyboard and swivel screen are numbered. Just look at the HP TouchSmart and Dell Studio and imagine the possabilites once the 3D user interface is released.
