I have heard a lot of hype over this new product called Silverlight. After a bit of research, basically it is Microsoft’s attempt at Flash.
If you can’t buy ownership rights to the wheel, re-invent it!
But it looks kinda cool. It does have some neat features that suite a more media-orientated internet. Unlike flash you can embed video and do other fancy things with pictures. I’m kinda hooked on this game I found at Channel 9 Silverlight.net. I can’t get past level 3 though…
I just hope this doesn’t go the same way as ActiveX being only avalible on IE and causing all the uber-nerds to complain more.

Actually I won’t be surprised if it’s IE only. Trust Microsoft try and monopolise everything ;-)
