Any one need spare parts for a Tecra S1??

Don’t you just hate, when you are laying down to watch a DVD before you go to bed and the screen starts having all blocks and characters all over it… You know your laptop is 3 months out of warranty and the last time this happened, the whole motherboard was replaced under warranty.

Almost makes you want to cry… what was $5’500 worth of laptop is now being broken up and sold for spare parts. :-( Of course, all of Toshiba’s new laptops don’t work with your TWO old docking stations; add them to the pile.

So if anyone needs spare parts for an old Toshiba Tecra S1, browse on over to ebay and pick up a bargain… :-)

    And so it has gone… I was able to recover about 10% of the original purchase price. Not bad.
